CAFMA Approved to Offer GI Bill Benefits for Firefighter Training

The Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority (CAFMA) is proud to announce it is now approved to offer GI Bill® benefits to eligible veterans through on-the-job training programs. This approval allows veterans to use their GI Bill benefits while pursuing a career in the fire service with CAFMA, whether entering the profession for the first time or continuing their service as an experienced firefighter. Participants may be eligible to receive GI Bill benefits while completing approved training requirements and earning a competitive salary and benefits package.
