Beginning Monday, April 20th, a proposed 40-unit apartment development located at the northwest corner of E Rd 1 North and Peppertree Pl will begin construction activities. Throughout the duration of construction, the following street segments may be closed or have lane restrictions: E Rd 1 North between N Rd 1 East and Allerton Way – Lane Restrictions Allerton Way between E Rd 1 North and Stratford Pl – Street Closure Peppertree Pl between E Rd 1 North and the north end of the project – Street Closure Construction in the streets is expected to last through the end of May...
