TownePlace Suites by Marriott Construction Progresses in Prescott Valley

Updates are underway for the new TownePlace Suites by Marriott, a 93-room extended-stay hotel located next to the Findlay Toyota Center in Prescott Valley. Situated on 2.1 acres at the northeast corner of Main Street and Florentine Road, the property offers a prime location within walking distance of the downtown city center, the Prescott Valley Performing Arts Center, restaurants, and of course the Findlay Toyota Center.
