Cottonwood Declares A Water Reduction Demand Strategy

The City of Cottonwood’s well, serving water to the Verde Santa Fe and Amante subdivisions (Verde Santa Fe) failed this morning, necessitating immediate action to conserve water resources. As a result, the City of Cottonwood’s Mayor, at the recommendation of the Director of Utilities, has declared the Water Reduction Demand Strategy for Verde Santa Fe be elevated to Level IV.
